A healthy and easy homemade snack for kids with just three ingredients. Take this for a snack on the go, or enjoy it at home. You can't go wrong with pumpkin, cinnamon, and a splash of vegan heavy cream in this delectable dairy free pumpkin dip for kids!

  • 1 can opener

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree If using canned, make sure pumpkin is the only ingredient.
  • 1 tbsp vegan heavy whipping cream alternative I use Trader Joe's vegan heavy whipping cream alternative.
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 apple (or apple chips)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add pumpkin, vegan cream, and cinnamon to a small bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Slice up some apples or put some apple chips in a bowl.
  • Dip and enjoy!
